Hoot Home Loans LLC partners with Hoot Real Estate to get our home buyers a significant credit paid for by the buyers agent. Your buyers agent negotiates their full commission paid by the seller; however, they only get paid $1950 and the rest of their commission goes to you the homebuyer to be used towards closing costs or buying down your rate. In most cases that's well over 2% of the purchase price. That is before asking the seller for any concessions! This is huge!
